Women’s Wellness: Relationship Dynamics + Womb Healing
INTIMACY, FATHER AND MOTHER WOUNDS
These sessions are designed for women ready to explore the stories passed down through their lineage that have contributed to self-sabotage and choosing partners that mirror dysfunctional patterns that keep us from desired intimacy and devotion. We will focus on the mother and father wound through somatic techniques and thought work.
These sessions are also for women who are experiencing painful menstrual cycles, been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids or cysts. Women who have experienced traumatic births, miscarriages or abortions and women who desire to learn natural cycling practices.
“Our bodies are DIVINE AND PERFECT creations and when they are HEALTHY, VIBRANT, AND SYNCED with nature - we are guided in ways we never thought possible.”
-BRITT JOHNSON
WHAT IS WOMB HEALING?
A focus on the physiology of the Uterus /Ovaries and the stored trauma/emotions a woman carries within the lower portion of her abdominal area.
Our focus may include: unhealthy relationship dynamics, menstrual cycle regulation and eliminating synthetic hormone intake, PCOS, birth trauma, cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, sexual trauma and painful sex
For thousands of years, women have navigated through their intuitive heart and womb intelligence.
When we are attuned with our own inner guidance, we don’t seek confirmation or validation outside of our own being. We are heart-guided and surrender into our sovereignty. We understand the important of our inner masculine and feminine qualities.
What I have witnessed, seen, and felt within my own experience is that we should never have painful menstruation. Infertility was once a topic never discussed because it was never an issue. And childbirth was not feared and seen as an “emergency” but honored and understood as a new way in which a woman experienced their transcendence.
There was a time when the roles of the masculine and feminine within mirrored externally. Men and women were not confused of their roles and portrayed what felt like synergy, rather than a never ending game of manipulative power struggles.
We once trusted our innate guidance system and we knew our bodies would guide us every step of the way. Unfortunately, we have allowed others to shame the shape of our body and naturally intelligent functions.
We are all mirrors to one another and a shift in perception and re-framing of trauma is how we heal.
INNER MASCULINE + FEMININE
Our devotion to the healing of our inner balance of the masculine and feminine qualities sets the tone for how authentic we are about our desires and what type of relationships we attract.
Most of us did not see a healthy masculine and feminine dynamic within our childhood from a mother and father archetype. This caused distortions within our psyche that effects our mental and physical health.
How We Heal: We learn how to first identity these traits within ourself and understand why those past versions of us recreated this same undesirable relationship dynamics. We identify the wound and then get really clear on what we desire at this time in our life.
You may have experienced:
A Mother with an Unhealthy Inner Masculine
1. Controlling and Domineering: She might try to control various aspects of her partner and children’s life, making decisions for them, and asserting dominance in the relationship. This can lead to a lack of mutual respect and diminish their sense of autonomy.
2. Emotionally Distant and Unavailable: An unhealthy masculine energy might cause her to suppress emotions and avoid vulnerability. This can create emotional distance, making it difficult for her partner or children to connect with her on a deeper, more intimate level.
3. Competitive and Dismissive: She may engage in constant competition with her partner or children, feeling the need to prove herself superior. This can result in her dismissing their achievements, ideas, and feelings, leading to resentment and a lack of mutual appreciation.
4. Critical and Judgmental: An unhealthy masculine energy can manifest as being overly critical and judgmental of her partner or children. She might frequently point out their flaws, criticize their actions, and undermine their confidence, creating an environment of negativity and low self-esteem.
5. Lack of Support and Nurturing: She might struggle to provide the emotional support and nurturing typically associated with a balanced feminine energy. This can leave her partner or children feeling unsupported, isolated, and emotionally neglected, which can erode the foundation of their relationship.
A Mother with an Unhealthy Inner Feminine
1. Overly Dependent and Clingy: She might rely excessively on her partner or children for emotional support, validation, and decision-making. This can lead to a lack of independence and place undue pressure on her partner or children to meet all her emotional needs.
2. Manipulative and Passive-Aggressive: Instead of expressing her needs and concerns directly, she might resort to manipulation or passive-aggressive behavior to get what she wants. This can create confusion and tension in the relationships.
3. Emotionally Overwhelming: An unhealthy feminine energy can lead to emotional volatility and unpredictability. She might become overly dramatic or excessively emotional, making it difficult for her partner or children communicate and connect effectively.
4. Victim Mentality: She might adopt a victim mindset, constantly feeling helpless or wronged and expecting her partner or children to fix her problems. This can lead to a one-sided relationship where her partner or children feels burdened and unable to meet her needs.
5. Lack of Boundaries and Self-Respect: She may struggle to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, both for herself and within the relationships. This can result in her partner or children feeling overwhelmed by her demands or becoming frustrated by her inability to stand up for herself and make independent decisions.
A Father with an Unhealthy Inner Masculine
1. Controlling and Authoritative: He may exert excessive control over his partner and children, making decisions for them, imposing strict rules, and demanding obedience without considering their opinions or feelings. This can lead to a lack of autonomy and resentment.
2. Emotionally Distant and Unavailable: An unhealthy masculine energy can cause him to suppress his emotions and avoid vulnerability, making him emotionally distant and unavailable. His partner and children may feel unsupported, isolated, and unable to connect with him on a deeper emotional level.
3. Aggressive and Intimidating: He might use aggression or intimidation to assert dominance and get his way. This can create a fear-based environment where his partner and children are afraid to express themselves or disagree with him.
4. Critical and Judgmental: He may frequently criticize and judge his partner and children, pointing out their flaws and undermining their self-confidence. This can result in low self-esteem and a feeling of inadequacy among his family members.
5. Neglectful and Unsupportive: He might neglect the emotional and practical needs of his partner and children, failing to provide the support and care they require. This can lead to feelings of neglect, unimportance, and a lack of security within the family.
A Father with an Unhealthy Inner Feminine
1. Overly Dependent and Needy: He may rely excessively on his partner and children for emotional support and validation, placing an undue burden on them to meet his needs. This can lead to a lack of independence and create stress within the family.
2. Passive and Indecisive: He might struggle to take initiative or make decisions, leaving his partner and children feeling uncertain and unsupported. This can result in a lack of direction and stability in the family dynamic.
3. Emotionally Overwhelming: An unhealthy feminine energy can cause him to be overly emotional, dramatic, or moody, creating an unpredictable and unstable environment. His partner and children may find it difficult to communicate effectively or feel secure.
4. Manipulative and Guilt-Tripping: Instead of addressing issues directly, he might resort to manipulative behaviors, such as guilt-tripping or passive-aggressiveness, to get his way. This can create confusion, resentment, and a lack of trust within the family.
5. Avoidant and Escapist: He might avoid facing problems or responsibilities, preferring to escape through distractions or denial. This can leave his partner feeling unsupported and his children feeling neglected, as important issues remain unaddressed.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM A WOMB HEALING SESSION
01
Womb Healing with Sound & Shadow Work
Humming, singing and using sound opens up portals within our body. There is a time for talking about our patterns and past. And then there is a time to witness how our pain feels in stillness with the vibration and harmony of sound.
02
Plant Medicine for Healing Trauma
Entheogens (plant medicines) mirror back our own inner wisdom and divinity. They allow for our subconscious fears and memories to surface and Ego to take a backseat. Together we will speak about their role and place within our healing process.
03
Sexual Trauma Release
Our past experiences and views towards sexuality shapes our lives. Within our our fascia, we store trauma. Learning Somatic Healing Techniques and acquiring the tools to assist the body will open up avenues of pleasure we have yet to experience.
04
Relationship + Inner Child Healing
Together we walk through our childhood relationships and how they have impacted us within adulthood. We map the patterns, become a witness to the stories and give them a name in order to set them free. Inner child work may include sacred rage and allowing yourself to feel angry for what occurred in your childhood.
05
Somatic Release Techniques
Somatic Healing focuses on the connection between the mind and body. Specifically how our past experiences and stories shape our reality. Somatic techniques may include movement, sound and tapping.
06
Lunar Cycle Realignment
Women experience 4 phases per month: Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal. Each phase can be seen as season, guide and initiation. When we have been on birth control for a long time and/or synthetic hormones, knowing our bodies natural cycle becomes very difficult.

Evolutionary Astrology embraces paradigms and methodologies which specifically measure the growth of the soul from life to life. These methods invariably focus on the planet Pluto and its relationship to the Moon's nodal axis. While it is composed of a set of specific formal methodologies, evolutionary astrology is ultimately characterized less by a technical approach than by a set of philosophical principles defined by natural law.
Different evolutionary astrologers may use somewhat different interpretive methods, but they can always be recognized by a devotion to the following core perceptions:
1. An acceptance of the fact that human beings incarnate in a succession of lifetimes.
2. An acceptance of the fact that the birth chart reflects the evolutionary condition of the soul at the moment of incarnation.
3. An acceptance of the fact that the birth chart reflects the evolutionary intentions of the soul for the present life.
4. An acceptance of the fact that the circumstances of the present life, both materially and psychologically, do not arise randomly, but rather reflect the evolutionary intentions and necessities of the soul.
5. An acceptance of the fact that human beings interact creatively and unpredictably with their birth charts; that all astrological symbols are multi-dimensional and are modulated into material and psychic expression by the consciousness of the individual.
6. An acceptance of the fact that human beings are responsible for the realities they experience, both internally and externally.
7. A respectful intention to accept and support a person seeking astrological help, no matter the evolutionary state in which such an individual finds himself or herself.

A Jungian term: Shadow Work is the process of diving into the subconscious, or the “unknown” side of oneself, in order to address unconscious patterning. This process is for those who are ready to take the leap, speak to their inner child and learn how to release past circumstances with acceptance, compassion & love.

My focus is on Physiological Birthing as a Doula. This means I help women prepare mentally and physically for birth through somatic techniques such as movement, breath work and shadow work. This is to prepare her body and address fears before labor so she can trust her ability to birth naturally and without force. I studied under Whapio with The Matrona.

The wounds and programs we carry through our lineage show up in our body, the lifestyle/patterns we accept, scarcity mentality and lack of physical self-worth. Together we map the stories and shift perspective through emotionally intelligent action steps and acceptance.

Britt makes it her mission to emphasize the importance of following your own inner guidance system. She is here for love, insight and to help you shift effortlessly out of resistance through pattern recognition and mind/body healing. She focuses on the energy that helps each individual dive into their emotional body and remember their inner power. Allowing for the integration of our individual energies of all aspects of duality to intertwine and become more balanced. Each session will vary depending on what the individual's needs are. Britt does not believe in talk therapy as a way to solely clear patterned thoughts/behaviors. She believes in a Somatic approach for long lasting shifts.
